Toshiba TLP250,is used in the gate driving circuit of
IGBT.Input signals of the inverter are PWM signals
from FPGA device.For the implement,the PWM
switching frequency of inverter,dead-band and the
control sampling frequency of position loop are
designed to 12kHz,1µs,and 1kHz,respectively.
