To further know about the condition of antibiotics use in the process of pig farming in a region and the current status of safety of pork on sale,this paper analyses the issue of antibiotic residues in commercial pork and put forward a scientific and effective proposal on the rational use of antibiotics through the combination of a cross-sectional survey and a paper disk method.The survey results show that the phenomenon of excessive use of antibiotics in pig farms is very serious and the human-animal mix of antibiotics use is especially common.The positive rates of pork liver,pork kidney and pork of 50 samples of commercial pork measured by the paper disk method are 64%,42%,24%.In the positive samples,the penicillin,colistin sulfate,chlortetracycline and unknown drugs in liver are detected in 37.5%,18.8%,62.5%,25%; those in kidney are 42.8%,19%,47.6 %,19% respectively; in pork,penicillin is 50%,chlortetracycline is 25%,unknown drugs are 16.6%,indicating that the situation of antibiotic residues in animal foods commercially available is not optimistic.
