因为文章中Jack只说了他记性不好,（“It seems that I am always forgetting things.”看起来我总是忘事.）可是没有说他什么都记不住,所以D肯定是错的.
而且他说想要知道他是不是生来记性就差,（I want to know if I was born with a bad memory）,并不肯定,所以B也是错误的.
只剩下了A和C,A说Jack身患重病,可是全文看不是这样,而且只是说记性不好而以,所以也可以排除.
所以C是正确的.
