出国留学外汇贷款是中国银行向借款人发放的,用于解决受教育人出国攻读硕士及硕士以上学位所需学杂费和生活费用的外汇贷款.　　贷款限额：不超过费用总额(学杂费用和正常生活费用)的80%,单笔金额原则不超过4万美元.
　　贷款期限：一般为一至六年
　　贷款利率：按中国银行同档次贷款利率执行.期限在一年以内(含一年),按合同利率计息,遇法定利率调整时,合同利率不变;期限在一年以上的,遇利率调整,按中国银行关于利率调整的规定进行利率调整.
　　贷款条件：　　(一)年满18周岁,具有完全民事行为能力的自然人;　　(二)有当地常住户口或有效居留身份,有固定和详细的住址;　　(三)提供境外就读学校的正式录取通知书或接收函,学习期内所需学杂费的证明材料;　　(四)可提供我行认可的抵押物、质押物、保证人担保或购买履约保证保险;　　(五)存入不少于20%的自筹资金;
