Working Individually: You can manage everything on your working. However, you have to independently solve some problems when you work.
Working in a team: you can discuss problems with the other workers and learn each other.
As far as I know, I perfect Working Individally to Working in a team, because working in a team can make us discover that we didn't pay attention to some important problems on our working. If we work in a team, we will finish working in the fastest way, thus we can get more time to do other things.
