关系副词why在从句中做原因状语,可以用that替换,也可以省略.

这就是他来这儿的理由.
why=for which

这里是such...as这个短语的应用.

这句话的主干部分是：The day came.完整的是：The day [(that)we all looked forward to] came [at last].意思是：[我们期待的]那一天[终于]到来了.
中括号里的内容都是修饰成分.
look forward to 介词to不能省略,而且这句话时态是过去式

把这句疑问句换为陈述句（比较容易分析）,则是：This is the museum __ we visited last year.意思是：这是我们去年参观的那个博物馆.
where=in/ at/ on/ ...which (介词同先行词搭配),但是在这里不提问地点,所以A,B不可以.
如果这句话是：This museum is___ we visisted last year.则要用the one来代the museum.
但是在题目中,只能用which/that来引导定语从句,所以选C.
