My opinion about health Wth the fast development of society,it's widely believed that health is one of the most things of our life.However,a majority of people hold thae idea that physical health is the real health. That means if you don't have a disease you may be a healthy person. In my opinion,health is not only physical health but also mental health.We should take excercise to keep our body healthy, at the same time,we should pay much attention to our mental health. Nowadays,people are facing greater stress from family and society even from themselves. More and more people ask the psychological counsellor for help. So we should care the mental problem and keep a positive attitude toward life to achieve the mental health. Only achieving both physical health and mental health, can we be really healthy!
