古琴,为中国最古老的弹拨乐器之一,是在孔子时期就已盛行的乐器,有文字可考的历史有四千余年,据《史记》载,琴的出现不晚于尧舜时期.它是汉民族最早的弹弦乐器,是汉文化中的瑰宝,以其历史久远,文献瀚浩、内涵丰富和影响深远为世人所珍视.
在中国古代社会漫长的历史阶段中,“琴、棋、书、画”历来被视为文人雅士修身养性的必由之径.古琴因其清、和、淡、雅的音乐品格寄寓了文人凌风傲骨、超凡脱俗的处世心态,而在音乐、棋术、书法、绘画中居于首位.“琴者,情也；琴者,禁也.”吹箫抚琴、吟诗作画、登高远游、对酒当歌成为文人士大夫生活的生动写照.

我们已经知道了子期伯牙的高山流水的故事,也知道了嵇康广陵散的故事,因此今日我也不再多做赘述,便讲一些其他少有人知的故事.
